General Terms and Conditions

01. Conclusion of contract
By sending your order, you make us a binding offer to enter into the contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods ordered. You will first receive confirmation of receipt of your order by email at the address you have indicated (conformation of receipt of order). The contract however only comes into being when our order confirmation is sent to you by email or when the goods ordered are delivered..

When placing an order via our online shop, the order process is completed in five stages. In the first stage you enter your customer data including invoice address and delivery address, should this differ. In the second stage, you select the goods you wish to order. In the third stage you select a means of payment. The final stage enables you to check all the information again (e.g. name, address, means of payment, items ordered) and to correct it if necessary before confirming your order by clicking on “Send order” in stage five.

02. Storing of order data
Your order data is stored. You can print out the order data before sending it by clicking on “Print” in the last stage of the order. We will also send confirmation of receipt of your order as well as an order confirmation with all the order data and our General Terms and Conditions to the email address you have indicated.

03. Retention of title
The goods delivered remain our property until payment has been effected in full.

04. Prices, shipping costs, return shipment costs in event of cancellation
All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax. The minimum order value is five Euros.

Should you invoke your cancellation rights, items are to be returned at your own cost if the goods delivered correspond with those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros, or you have not provided consideration or a contractually agreed part-payment for an item which exceeds the value of 40 Euros, at the time of cancellation. The return shipment is otherwise free of charge. 05. Terms of delivery Unless otherwise indicated in the offer, we will despatch the goods within two weeks of receipt of payment. With delivery on account or payment by direct debit, we will despatch the goods within two weeks of sending the order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated in the offer..

06. Terms of payment
Payment can be made either in advance through bank transfer, on account, by direct debit, credit card or via Paypal. We reserve the right to refuse individual modes of payment. If payment in advance is selected, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days. The right of retention can only be exercised as long as the claim results from the same order.

07. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. If used items are the object of the sales contract and the buyer is not a private consumer, the warranty is invalid. If the buyer is a private consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used items is one year.

08. Data protection

When visiting our website, the IP address currently used by your computer, the date and time, the type of browser, and your PC's operating system, as well as the pages viewed by you, are recorded. We are however not able to relate the data to a particular person, nor do we intend to do so.

For the processing of payments, we will pass your payment details on to the credit institution entrusted with the payment. We guarantee that we do not otherwise pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we should find ourselves legally obliged to do so, or you have given us your prior consent. If we use service providers to carry out and handle processing operations, the contract conditions will be governed by the provisions of the German data protection act.

In so far as statutory retention periods have to be complied with for commercial and tax purposes, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years..

10. Your rights
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data, or if it has become incorrect, we will delete, correct or block access to your data upon receipt of an appropriate instruction in accordance with the legislation in force. On request, we will provide you with free information on all the personal data we have stored on you. If you have questions about the collecting, processing or use of your personal data, or if you require information about it, or need to correct it, block access to it, or delete it, please contact:
